Hummingbird is an immersive VR theatre experience created and presented by the engineering and design division at the University of Illinois at Chicago. This one-of-a-kind experience brings together technology and theatre to provide audiences with the opportunity to immerse themselves in a play through VR interaction using the Oculus Quest.

This 12-page brochure was created with the intent to appeal to a target audience of theatre directors, producers, and investors at the Sundance Movie Festival and Chicago Goodman Theatre workshop performance. The design itself was inspired by the Japanese setting of the storyline. The sleek lines and cleanliness is meant to evoke the Japanese principles of design: Kanso and Shizen.
